To create high-quality plastic products from our machines, functional and precise tools are essential. That’s why we need you as a Toolmaking Technician – you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing our machines.
Professional Profile
- Processing of mechanical parts and assemblies
- Maintaining and optimizing injection molding and extrusion blow molding tools
- Manufacturing spare parts and tool components
- Analyzing, identifying, and resolving faults, defects, and damage on tools
Requirements
You have a keen interest in everything that moves. Additionally, you are very skilled with your hands and enjoy working as part of a team. Toolmaking Technicians are specialists who modify, maintain, and produce spare parts for tools according to plans. For this, computer-controlled machines, known as CNC machines, are used. The programs for these machines are written on a computer and then executed on the machine.
Toolmaking Technicians are responsible from the start for the functionality of tools and devices. If faults or damage occur, they ensure a quick resolution.
